We work on a 'next working day service' so when we receive your confirmed order, provided we have the item is in stock, your goods will be with you the following working day. Please see below for a more accurate guide.

All Deliveries
Please ensure you leave a contact telephone number for us to process your order effectively.
Deliveries are made during normal working hours (Monday - Friday between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00).
Each parcel is sent with live tracking information and requires a signature at the specified delivery address.
We can deliver to both residential and business addresses, (with delivery times and signature in mind please select the most appropriate delivery address).
Should you not be there to sign for your parcel a missed delivery card will be left, using this you can arrange one re-delivery attempt free of charge.
Despatch time
We operate a 'next working day service' and if we receive your confirmed order before 1pm, provided we have the items in stock your goods will be with you the next working day.
In the rare event we have insufficient stocks to fulfil your order, we will notify and advise you of an anticipated lead time.
We ship all over the world please call us to discuss your requirement.
Please note: Customs forms for all international packages list the value of the contents as well as a description of the items. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country must be borne by you. Your local customs office will be able to provide you with further information.
Insurance
Having been despatching goods worldwide for the best part of 20 years, we have developed a quality control system for packing which ensures that every effort is made to try and protect your items for their time in transit.
With this in mind we personally guarantee the successful and safe delivery of your items. As such we will therefore cover any loss or damage to your goods while they are in transit.
This guarantee excludes any charges that may be incurred for failed delivery and / or subsequent redeliveries and is subject to our returns policy.
Returns & Refunds
Our aim has always been to provide you with the highest levels of customer service possible, we hope this is evident in our flexible and friendly returns and refund policy:
Should you wish to return an item to us FOR ANY REASON - don't worry. If we receive the item within 14 days of the date of despatch and it's still in the original new, unused condition, we'll refund the full price of the item or offer you an alternative to the same value; whichever you prefer.
Once we've received and checked the item, we will apply your refund or send you a replacement as soon as we can. A refund of the delivery charges will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
Please wrap return items securely, using the original delivery packaging, and remember to include your despatch note so that we can identify your order easily.

Purchase of Products Contract
When choosing to purchase from us a contract is created between us the supplier and you the purchaser, the technical steps in this contract creation are as follows:
You place an order for your chosen products on the Website by pressing the ‘confirm order' button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
