Deliveries & Returns



  • All deliveries are made via our own personal delivery van, Delivered Courier Service, City Sprint Courier Service or Elite Courier Service.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses.
  • Orders made by 1:30pm will be dispatched on the same working day providing payment has been accepted and the product is in stock.
  • Same day delivery is available. Please call for further information.
  • Next day delivery refers to working days. If you require a Saturday delivery please let us know,
  • A signature will be require upon delivery from all courier services. If there is no one available to sign for the goods then a card will be left with details of redelivery or collection. Organising this is the responsibility of the customer.
  • In some cases when dealing with non-UK banks we will only be able to deliver to the registered card billing address.
  • Although everything possible will be done we cannot guarantee delivery times outside the UK.



  • We offer free returns to those living in the UK for non-sale items. All returns must take place within 14 days and it's still in the original new, unused condition.
  • To return an item from within the UK simply send the item back in original packaging with full copy of receipt.  Once we receive the item we will refund the amount paid or exchange the return.
  • Goods returned from outside the UK still qualify for our 14 day policy but sadly at this time do not qualify for free returns.
  • We are not liable for any customs of handling charges that may be charged for items returned from outside the UK. 
  • Please make sure all goods are returned by recorded or registered delivery, as we cannot offer refunds for goods that don’t arrive.
