Pamela Cox - Founder
I have worked as an interior designer for the last 30 years. I am delighted to have been made a member of the British Institute Of Interior Design despite having had no formal training.
I am married and have 4 children, my hobbies are cooking, travelling, antiques and shopping!I I absolutely love interior design, it is the kind of job where you never stop seeing new ideas and ways to use them. I love meeting new people and always look forward to seeing new clients and clients that I have worked with for a long time, these clients have become friends and its great catching up with all their news. I like a home to be a home and not a show house, beautifully furnished but so comfortable you all can't wait to get back every day.

Katie Cox - Interior Designer
Having grown up with interior designers as parents, I have been surrounded by an exciting and ever-changing landscape of antiques, fabrics & upholstery for as long as I can remember. I believe this has had a large bearing on my career choice and adoration of all things interiors!
I am passionate about all elements of the business and in particular I love to spend time sourcing or designing unique pieces that add a genuine character and interest to projects whilst hopefully also reflecting the taste and personality of our clients and their families.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling, photography and cooking and also spend what would likely be classified as unhealthy amount of time looking at interiors on Pinterest!
James Wheeler - Financial Controller
I joined Ham in 2013 working alongside Tom, helping to project manage the build side of the business. I gained a lot of experience and knowledge doing this which has aided me in my current roll to understand all aspects of the business.
Now, my primary role at Ham is the management of all financial aspects of the business. I look after all the monetary responsibilities which include procurement, sales and the management accounts. Also overseeing the general management of the office and HR.
When I’m not at work you can find me either with my dog Rupert, fixing up an old car or in a beer garden.
Georgette Dombey - Interior Design Assistant
Having finished my Interior Architecture and Design degree at Portsmouth University, I joined the Ham team. Predominantly, I work alongside Pam, Kate and Rhian on interior design, procurement and all things furnishings.
Recently, I have been working closely with the build team, helping with 3D visuals and drawings.

Indie & Boo- Marketing
Indie & Boo have been with hám for a while now. They are experts in handling calls that the busy staff really don't want to take. Don't be surprised if you call and are directed to either of them, if they are around they will handle your call professionally but they do spend a lot of time sleeping and don't like to be disturbed!. Both Indie & Boo love long walks in the country side, pedigree chum and pigs ears. So if you really want to make an impression and get through send 2 x pigs ears to the office for their attention with your details.
